Returns Policy
14 Days Hassle-Free Return: You may return your complete order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason and we will pay the return shipping costs. Use the link below "Print a Return Label" to get started. Please ship back the return with in 10 days. Just that simple!
30-Days Return: You may return your complete order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the Return Shipping cost. Use the link below "Print a Return Label" to get started.
All returned item must mention a RMA# before they are shipped back.
RMAs are processed within 3-5 business days of delivery at our facility. Once your RMA has been processed, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days. It could take an additional 3-5 days for funds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks. If item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange or refund.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in United States, except P.O Boxes. However there can be some restrictions based on a combination of products and location. We do not provide service to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories. If you would like to ship your order to any of the restricted States or Territories, please contact us before placing an order.
In-Store Pickup/ Same Day In-Store Pickup
Same Day In-Store Pickup Option is only available on select items in "Same day ship in store pick up" Section on the website.
Regular In-Store Pickup Option orders are generally ready within 2 Business Days. You will get a call from our team once your order is ready for pickup.
